1.     Be a minority (as defined by US Equal Opportunity Commission).

2.     Be a graduating high school seniors who have been accepted at a University or College.

3.     Reside in the San Antonio Metropolitan.

4.     Complete an application packet.

5.     Applicant should be excelling academically, possess exceptional leadership potential and make an impact upon their community through service to others. 

 Applications are made available during the month of March; only completed packets received before the posted deadline will be considered. 

We are a proud organization that continually strives to give back to the community.  We are not affiliated with any governmental (federal or state), city or county agency, which means our financial support comes directly from its membership, individuals, corporations, other civic groups, special fundraising events, and local supporters like you.
